Early feedback

Real parents. Real routines.

★★★★★

“The ginger flavour is great without being overpowering. Easy to mix and do as a shot each day. The powder is way more convenient than a traditional wellness shot!”

— Rob B., dad of two, Alberta

★★★★★

“I absolutely love this supplement! The fresh ginger flavour has just the right amount of kick, and it tastes amazing. The powder is easy to mix wherever. Highly recommend giving it a try!”

— Angela B., mom of two, Calgary

★★★★★

“We were surprised how tasty it was! Having a four-year-old means germs. Lots of them. We’ve been sick more in the last couple of years than ever before, so heading into winter, it’s nice having something this easy already built into my morning routine.”

— Zach R., Father of one, Edmonton

Founders Batch #001

Be one of the first 100 to help bring FORMé to life.

Why we built FORMé

We made the product we wished already existed.

Most immune products feel reactive. You take them once you're already in it. But the daycare years aren't occasional. Exposure is constant.

We wanted something we could take every morning. Something intentional, premium, and made for the season of life we were actually in.

“Everyone warned us: get ready, you're going to be sick all the time.”

We hoped they were exaggerating. They weren't. FORMé started there — in a house trying to stay in form through the daycare years.

The morning ritual

Warm. Spiced. Done in less than a minute.

FORMé was designed to feel like a small act of preparation before the day starts asking everything of you.

Mix one scoop with 60–100ml of warm water. Stir well. Drink immediately. Expect ginger, citrus, turmeric warmth, and a soft honey finish.

Consistency is the product. Not panic. Not reaction. A small daily ritual for the years when exposure feels constant.

You control the taste.

FORMé's flavour follows your water temperature. Cooler water keeps it subtle; warmer water brings the ginger, citrus and spice forward. Slide to find your preference.

For the best mix, we recommend warm (not hot) water — it helps the ingredients disperse evenly. Avoid boiling water. Adjusting temperature within the warm-to-cool range is simply how you dial the taste in or down.

The formula

Thoughtfully formulated. Not overloaded.

Six medicinal ingredients. Three supporting ingredients. Everything included for a reason.

Yes. FORMé is designed as a daily immune support ritual for healthy adults, not as an emergency remedy or treatment.
