FORMé began at a kitchen table, with a sick parent, a sleeping baby, and a stubborn refusal to accept that getting sick every month was just part of the deal.

Everyone told us. Friends, family, other parents — all with the same knowing look. We smiled and nodded. Then Oliver started daycare, and week one, all three of us went down.

Mihai remembers sitting at his desk one morning — head pounding, running on coffee, trying to look functional while his body staged a quiet protest. He thought: half our friends are in exactly the same boat. There has to be something better than taking vitamin C after you're already sick.

So he started researching. Then experimenting — first with off-the-shelf ingredients, then with raw compounds ordered directly from suppliers. Testing combinations at the kitchen table while Oliver slept. Looking for something that actually worked as a preventative, not an afterthought.

The formula

From the kitchen table
to the formula.

What started as personal research became a proper formulation process. Six medicinal ingredients, each chosen for a specific reason. Elderberry for immune defence. Zinc glycinate — not zinc oxide — because the form matters. Vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, gentler on the stomach. Turmeric and ginger for their anti-inflammatory properties. And black pepper, because piperine increases turmeric absorption by up to 2000%.

Every ingredient earned its place. Nothing is there for the label.

When the formula finally worked — when Mihai and Katie made it through an entire daycare illness cycle without getting sick — they knew it was ready to share.

Our mission

Mihai and Katie aren't wellness gurus. They're parents of a daycare kid who got tired of being sick and did something about it. Half their friends were in the same situation — cycling through the same illnesses, the same missed workdays, the same exhaustion.

FORMé exists for all of them. For all of you. Parents who can't afford to be sick — not because you're weak, but because your kids still need you, your job still needs you, and life doesn't pause for a head cold.

Most supplements are designed for when you're already sick. FORMé is designed for every morning before that happens. Daily consistency is the product.

Formulation matters

Zinc glycinate, not zinc oxide. Calcium ascorbate, not ascorbic acid. Black pepper to unlock turmeric. Every decision has a reason. We don't add ingredients to make the label look impressive.

Honesty above all

We won't claim FORMé prevents illness. We won't use fake reviews or inflated claims. We're parents too — we know the difference between something that works and something that's just marketed well.
