FORMé REFUND POLICY

365-Day Guarantee
We stand behind FORMé Daily with a 365-day guarantee. If FORMé Daily is not working for you at any point within your first year of purchase, contact us and we will refund your most recent purchase in full — no questions asked.
The guarantee applies to your last purchase only. It does not apply to all previous orders in a subscription history.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@onforme.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged for future orders. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded under the cancellation policy — the 365-day guarantee applies if you are unsatisfied with the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at mihaivlaicov@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the order or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the order was damaged, incorrect, or undeliverable due to an error on our part.
