Warm water (50–60°C) is important. Turmeric and ginger dissolve significantly better at higher temperatures, and citric acid and calcium ascorbate activate more cleanly with heat. Cold water will leave sediment at the bottom. For best results: 60–90ml of warm water, stir for 20–30 seconds, drink immediately. You can add it to a smoothie but you'll lose some of the dissolution benefit — and the ritual.

Almost — but not quite. All ingredients are plant or mineral derived except for manuka honey powder. Strict vegans avoid honey. If that matters to you, FORMé Daily is not certified vegan. For everyone else, it's dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, and contains no added sugar.

Black pepper (piperine) can increase the absorption of certain medications by inhibiting CYP3A4 enzymes in the liver — which means some drugs may reach higher blood levels than intended.
